Why We Built This Site
Kentucky gives the public access to many court and government records, but Martin County records do not all sit in one office. The Circuit Court Clerk handles state trial-court records for Circuit Court, Family Court, District Court, and related case files. The County Clerk handles marriage licensing, land records, forms, local records, and historical will and marriage index material. Jail custody information routes through Big Sandy Regional Detention Center rather than a local Martin County jail.
This site brings those official access points into one local reference. It separates court case records from county clerk records, jail rosters, warrants, vital records, probate material, and federal court records so users can start with the right office in Inez, Paintsville, Frankfort, Ashland, or the Kentucky Court of Justice system.

This is a privately run reference site. It is not part of the Kentucky Court of Justice, Martin County government, the Circuit Court Clerk, the County Clerk, the sheriff, Big Sandy Regional Detention Center, or any state or federal agency. There are real limits to what a private reference can do.

- We cannot issue certified copies of court records, marriage records, divorce certificates, probate filings, or jail records.
- We cannot provide legal advice, bond advice, warrant advice, or case strategy.
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, portal field, or office hour is current at the moment you use it.
Certified records must come from the court, clerk, jail, vital records office, or other government agency that maintains the original record.
